Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

Testing the product before a return or exchange is permitted within the following limits:

Oud: Use no more than 2 grams of the purchased quantity.

Oud oil: Use no more than 0.5 grams.

The product must be in its original condition with the original packaging and invoice, and usage must not exceed the limits mentioned above.

If the permitted testing amounts are exceeded, the customer is not entitled to a return or exchange.

If the product arrives damaged or different from the order, the customer is entitled to a return or exchange free of charge, provided they contact us within 24 hours of receipt and attach photos illustrating the issue.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges not caused by a store error, while the store is responsible for shipping costs if the error is due to their error. The refund will be made to the original payment method or by bank transfer within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receiving, inspecting and approving the return request.
