We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or handling. All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or any circumstances beyond our control. Once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you.

The khaneen platform is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide services to you. However, any sales or purchases you make in our store are made directly with khaneen. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and khaneen, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to purchases and transactions you make with khaneen.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), absolute liability, or otherwise, arising out of your use of any of the Services or any products purchased using the Services, or for any other claim relating in any way to your use of the Services or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, even if you have been advised of such possibility.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and hold harmless Khanin, Shopify, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party as a result of (1) your breach of contract.

Under these Terms of Service or the documents referenced herein, (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim for indemnification. Failure to notify you promptly does not relieve you of your obligations unless you have suffered material harm. We may administer the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring non-financial obligations from you without your consent (which may not be refused without reasonable cause). You will cooperate with us in the defense of claims for indemnification, including providing relevant documentation.
